Muktar Garba Nadama is a Business Strategist with specialty in investment planning and promotion; Project Design and launch; and structuring of Public Private Partnership for both private and public sector clients.
Muktar has a good eye for identifying potential opportunities and designing the best strategy to meet the desired goal of projects and ventures. He has a track record of pioneering, managing and delivering on project promises.

His expertise has seen him involved in projects such as: the investment Work stream of GEMS3 (DFID) in Jigawa, Kaduna and Zamfara; the development of the Kaduna State hospital concession masterplan, and providing advisory services for and designing of the Kaduna State privatization program. Mr Nadama was led, the conceptualization of the Northern Nigeria Investment Summit organized; for the Northern Governors’ Forum; he was also a technical consultant on legislative matters for about two years between 2016 and 2018 with the Nigeria Governor’s Forum.

A Graduate of Banking and Finance from the prestigious Ahmadu Belo University, Muktar has a special interest high impact development projects that seek to
enhance the fortunes of people and entities, both private and public. This passion has seen him involved in projects such as the design and delivering of MSME financial literacy materials for SEDAN; designing the MSME BDS for Federal Ministry for Trade and Investment; and the Internationalization of MSMEs for Abuja Enterprise Development Agency.
Mr. Nadama worked as a consultant forth Nigerian Governors Forum and was instrumental in the design of the Petroleum Industry Bill, which has seen been signed into law.
